The word diversity means different things. It shows that things varies from place to place.
Diversity is also a range of different tribes and tongues as well as custom satisfied by people living in different communities.

                         REASONS FOR DIVERSITY.

1) It helps to make choice
2) It helps in exchange of ideas
3) People learn from others as they move from place to place
4) It gives rooms for perfection of skills
5) It encourages a competitive market.

                        EFFECT OF DIVERSITY.

1) It make man to be insatiable
2) It result to conflict 
3) It leads to disregard or neglect for one's culture
4) It result to confusion.

UNCOMMON SOWING, A COMPANION OF INCREASE

Introduction:

   Your business minus God is a total failure. Until we comply, we will continue to live a life of compliant. Let us come out from the the route of deficiency and walk on the path of fruitfulness in sowing. Be thankful for what you have so as to end up having more. if you concrete on what you don't have, you will never ever have enough.

      This fact is real. It is important to recognize that there are ups and downs in every relationship. This is my counsel to all of you.  Take criticism, try to learn from it otherwise, Let it roll right off you. Never allow yourself to be made a victim.  Accept no one's definition of your life.  Everyone justify first in their condition of living, but their affliction what they do in the house of God.

    A good man, out of his good heart of treasure in his heart, shall bring forth good fruits.  It also means that if your heart cannot accommodate sowing, it will not also accommodate increase.  Life of sowing is the life of sowing. What you do by sacrifice to make you arrive. Something must leave your hands for you to be planted. 

THE PRINCIPLE OF SALVATION

   Brethren, without continual growth and progress, such words as improvement, achievement and success have no meaning. Human salvation lies in the hands of the creatively maladjusted. In the principal of Salvation, it is said, if you confess your sins, you will have mercy 9Proverbs 28:13). This is the reason for Christian practice.

   Brethren, Christianity can never do something for you, but you are to do something with your Christianity. It is like this, When you go to school and pass with a certificate, your certificate will not do anything for you until you search for what you will do with your certificate. You must go out and ensure you do something with your new position.

   Beloved, we must be thirsty for the word of God and what we must do for God at all times.  We must love our neighbour as we love ourselves(Matthew 22:34-40). Outside these commandments, you are an idolator. In other words, if you  love those who only love you, you are not in Christ.  Love those you think hate you, even those who despite-fully used you.  Then Heaven will be open for you. (Romans 12:9-21). These are principles of Salvation. They are people of small mind set, they discuss people including men of God.

   Beloved, it is more beneficial to love those who are in the household of God,  those who are called according to God's purpose [Romans 8:28]. Do you know that, the road to increase is so busy that nobody wants to be poor?  You must pay your price before you can get there. If you don't want to sow seed or serve God as He expects from you, think deeply if you will go and join cult to know if that will be cheaper for you. God will not have your time, until you provoke Him with what you give.  This conditional service emanates more from among those you think you trust. My question is why is it so hard to walk in love? Many are practising idolatry, Worshipping    their selves, trusting only contributions without any regards to what God has done in their lives (2nd Corinthians 12:9-10).


            For open windows, pay your correct tithe of 10% to the store house of GOD.

SIMPLE PRINCIPAL TO FIGHT DISCOVERAGEMENT

introduction:

Brethren, You can change your friends, but you cannot change your relatives.  The problem in the church today is when pastors are preaching, those whose mission is to distract people and steal their mindset from where they are planted will be running a negative comment about the pastor.  This, they do without fear. The bible puts it that they feasts with you without fear.  This is why many are not blessed.  Many of them have chosen to be the opposition leaders in the house of God. 

  I direct such crops of people to study their ends in Acts 5:35-40. The ignorant people from among us who have  opened their eyes and ear down to be fed by these satanic agents should as well study Romans 16:17-20.  My candid advice to all of you readers of this Blog is that you should not bite at the bait pleasure till you know there is no hook beneath. I would rather be poor in a cottage full of books than a king without the desire to read.     
There is nothing understanding without outstanding. Know also that the greater your revelations, the stronger your manifestations. What moves you determine what you can move now and hereafter.  Also worthy of note is for you not to ensure you try to be somebody else, rather than work hard to discover the mantle you carry. 

    Brethren, this is not a matter of publicity, but it is a matter of responsibility.  If you are a responsible personality, people will surely search for you. In the ministry of our LORD Jesus Christ, we saw that from the blind eyes, eyes were created. In the same way when you remain in the place you are planted and be determine to be a part by not depending man or the pastor, but a supporter of what is good, and a part of those who are to build the place of God's worship by sustaining your love, those who mocked you will come back to you.  This has been my motto of pursuit.  

    
           God bless you. Remember, it is your duty to bring your 10% correct tithe to the store house of God. Meet the need of what God has chosen as His tithe not what you call tithe.
  

STEPS FOR OUTSTANDING SUCCESS.... A Must View!!

If you meet person - a non-visionary person, no matter how long you pray for him/her, he or she will still be broke. There is something in you. May the same oil that made you to see precious things and value them rest upon you now in Jesus name. Amen.   Hear this and study this fact in Matthew 25:1 - 14.  Wise people carry extra oil, while foolish people go about with little they have, yet they want to make it.  They narrate their relatives, shift the reasons for their lack and failure to someone close to them.   Brethren, God have made all things convenient and visible to all. He create what will make all human beings to enjoy life before He created them, male and female.  In Jeremiah 46:17, Pharaoh was only there making noise. ........... and lack entered into the whole world. For the human vocabulary, after the fell for man (Genesis 3:17 - 19, Genesis 8:15 - 22), God gave you the seed.   He, God determines harvest as well. The true life style is when God is about to take you to a new level of life, everything will go crazy;  people disappoint you; friends will betray you and you will be left alone.  In that very moment, God will be your only source and Him alone will take the glory. When you run alone, it is called a race; But when God run with you, it is called Grace.  If the sea could not stop Moses, if a wall could not stop Joshua; if heat could not stop Jesus Christ, then in Christ, nothing can stop you in Jesus Name.Amen.

  Christianity is designed by God to rule in midst of enemies.
There is always a cross for Christianity. There is no glory without the cross. But never you focus on the cross, look up to the crown(Hebrew 12:2 - 5; Luke 14: 25 - 27). It does not matter how close that relationship may be, trust no one. This can also mean trust no cross.  We have more enemies that pretend like potential friends. Please my candid counsel to you is not to trust any one.

      In conclusion, When you are in God's agenda, God is always with you.  When God sends you, He backs you up and you lack nothing.  Therefore, divine ordination cannot clash with the sense of God.   He is the author and finisher of our faith. God never fails. He is the unchangeable God (Malachi 3:6&7).
